I found hoodies for boys between ages 6 - 13 from Ecko, Airwalk, Quicksilver and Reebok (complete with ipod pockets) during the extra 25% off clearance sale.

I find great items for my son on the clearance rack also. Grabbed up a pair of camo pants for just $5 yesterday. I've also seen great deals on cool clothes for your 9 yr old. I would suggest checking out the clearance racks often as new items are added and you never know what great finds are there.
