We won’t have many, if any, trick or treaters. (Unfortunately for my hips…all these mini candy bars won’t go to waist….. get it? Hehe) I always carve a pumpkin but this year I got carried away and carved three. They do look pretty all lit up in the dark if I do say so myself. I’ve attached pictures of my efforts along with my “helper”. She’s the kitten I rescued from the parking lot about 3 weeks ago. Yes she is still here and her name is Bella….LOL.

I guess when our children grow up…Halloween just isn’t the same. I envy those of you who will be helping put on costumes, answering the door to a myriad of costume clad kids and surveying the candy before it can be eaten. How about humoring me and tell me what your kids are dressing up as this year? Have neighbors gotten stingy with the candy giving with all the higher prices? Let me know, I’m truly interested.
