I was drawn to the first item in particular. It looks suitable for an Asian style room.
Anyone have any ideas on how to create a room around that particular piece or any of the others?
I think I liked the first one best because the plates remind me of flow ware and toile - which I love . Also because I'm part of a 3-person family so I oftentimes like to do things in 3s when I'm decorating.
Try hanging the picture above above a round end table and arrange 3 square trays on the table, or 3 Limoges-style boxes or other smallish sets of 3.
To continue the '3' theme, try placing 3 small fabric ottomans in front of your sofa (that match the colors in the picture - and of course your sofa colors) or place 3 potted plants in a windowsill, and so on...
